Chelsea’s teachings are primarily infused by her studies in Prana Flow, founded by Shiva Rea, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga, as developed by the Trauma Center.

Monday - 8:30-9:45 am - Vinyasa at Santa Fe Community Yoga

Tuesday - 9:00-10:00 am - Embody Flow at Santa Fe Thrive

Tuesday - 4:00-5:15 pm - Vinyasa at Santa Fe Community Yoga

Thursday- 10:30-11:30 am - Embody Flow at Santa Fe Thrive
